Is this my "Microsoft Account" that has been affected ? If anyone has any suggestions I would very much appreciate your help to get things "back to normal". Which is strange because I only did the System Restore on one of them. User Account picture, and my email address is displayed instead of my User Name, and then under that I get my email address again (I only have one User Account which is my Microsoft Account, on each PC). When I initially get to the "Sign-In" screen, I normally see my User Account picture, my User Name, and my email address.

On both my Windows 10 PC's on my Home Network, is not a major issue - but I am suspicious that things are not quite right. Of course, after the System Restore I had to get my version of Windows 10 (version 1511) back up to date, which was no problem using Windows Update. However, by using System Restore, I seem to have introduced another issue. The email address in question was performing okay, but now having had that address for at least 12 years I am getting multiple issues with it (and want to "wind-it-down" gradually). That is the case because it is the email address I used when originally setting-up my "Microsoft Account", and I also used that email address as my "Primary Alias" when I originally set-up an "" email account !! All these actions were taken when That remained there, and I am now "guessing"

My issues are getting more complicated !! I tried your suggestion, using System Restore, and it did erase one of the accounts I had set-up in the Windows 10 mail app., but not the account I really wanted erased. I can sync via G-mail, but not events older than 2 weeks.

I use Android outlook for my IMAP mail, but I cannot sync the calendar to Android Outlook there are no calendars. Kindly post back with the updated issue for further assistance. I have my E-mail on an IMAP account (My private domain), but my calendar on Office 365.
